We are not bound to a single manufacturer. New, we supply Toshiba, OKI, Kyocera, Lexmark and HP, and secondhand machines can come from any of the major brands. That means the advice starts with how your business works, rather than with whatever happens to be sitting in a warehouse.

Sometimes we will suggest refurbished instead of new, A4 instead of A3, or mono instead of colour. Whatever we suggest, the figures come to you in writing, including what the machine will cost to run.

Four people, a long time in the trade

There are four of us, and each has 25 to 30 years or more behind them in the copier business. Put together, that is more than 100 years of selling machines, fixing them, writing up agreements and running accounts. We have seen copiers go from analogue boxes to networked scanners, and read just about every kind of agreement the industry has put in front of a customer.
