Every model, brand by brand

Within each brand the colour machines come first, then A to Z by model. Speeds are given in A4 pages a minute. Ask whether one is available and you will hear its page count and the figures.

Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Got a model in mind?

Name it, or tell us the work it has to handle, and we will let you know in writing whether one is available and what it would cost. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.

Replacement warranty

A machine that fails is replaced. Through to the final month.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.

The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.

About the directory

Do you hold all of these models now?

Never all at the same moment. We order new machines to suit each customer, while the secondhand list shifts from week to week. Ask about the one you like and we will say whether it is available or when another is expected.

Which model would suit my business?

Begin with the size of your team and your monthly page count. As a rule of thumb, up to five people sit well with 20 to 25 pages a minute, five to fifteen with 25 to 35, and fifteen to thirty with 35 to 45. Describe your printing and we will name a couple that fit.

Is rental or a lease possible on these?

Yes, subject to finance approval. You can rent selected machines from $15 a week plus GST, and for a secondhand machine the term is matched to its age.
