The model itself

Within Kyocera's TASKalfa MZ9500ci and MZ10500i series, the TASKalfa MZ7500i (a 2026 model) is the option at 75 pages a minute. Kyocera built the same family at other speeds too: TASKalfa MZ7500ci (75), TASKalfa MZ8500ci (85), TASKalfa MZ9500ci (95), TASKalfa MZ9500i (95) and TASKalfa MZ10500i (105), in pages a minute. From the maker's own figures, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 150 images a minute, has room for 4,350 sheets (or 7,850 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm. Kyocera Australia still has it in the current lineup.

Where it fits best

Its natural home: thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. For more people on the one machine, look at the TASKalfa MZ8500ci, the next step up at 85 pages a minute.

How we supply it new

A new TASKalfa MZ7500i from us carries Kyocera's own warranty, and delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are covered in the price. We deliver from Ormeau and Yatala down to Coolangatta and Tweed Heads, and in the high rise towers of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach we fit delivery around the building's lift and loading bay bookings.

Most of our customers rent: a business agreement running three to five years, with one regular payment, the machine serviced throughout, and the choice at the end to upgrade or hand it back. The lowest rental, from $15 a week plus GST, applies to selected machines; finance is subject to approval. A lease or other finance can be arranged, or you can buy outright.

Replacement warranty

A machine that fails is replaced. Through to the final month.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.

The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.

Asked often

What buyers want to know: Kyocera TASKalfa MZ7500i

Can I order the Kyocera TASKalfa MZ7500i new?

It can. A new one carries Kyocera's warranty, and delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team come as part of the price.

How do I decide between the TASKalfa MZ7500i and the TASKalfa MZ8500ci?

It comes down to your workload. At 75 pages a minute against 85, the two suit different team sizes; send a headcount and a rough monthly page count and we will recommend the better fit.

Is rental an option on the TASKalfa MZ7500i?

Usually, yes, subject to approval, for three to five years. Weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST; the machine is serviced throughout. Rental is not hire, so there is no short booking to arrange. Ask about this model and we will put the figures in writing for you.
