Factories, marinas, theme parks and new estates
Yatala and Stapylton are where the Coast does its heavy lifting: manufacturers, food and drink producers, transport depots and distribution warehouses on both sides of the M1. Ormeau has an industrial estate of its own, and the marine precinct on the Coomera River is home to boat builders and marine trades. The theme parks around Oxenford and Coomera run large teams with busy back offices. Helensvale, where the train meets the light rail, has offices, medical centres and shops. Coomera, Upper Coomera and Pimpama keep adding schools, childcare centres, clinics and the trades that follow new housing, and Hope Island brings marinas, resorts and the businesses that look after them.
A factory office in Yatala prints delivery dockets, job cards, compliance forms and A3 drawings, and scans proof of delivery all day long. That calls for a sturdy A3 machine with a large paper supply, new or secondhand. A new childcare centre in Pimpama or a clinic in Upper Coomera usually needs much less, and a compact A3 or an A4 MFP on a rental is often plenty. After the lowest outlay? Look at used copiers, checked and working.
