Secondhand Fuji Xerox ApeosPort C3070 and C2560 on the Gold Coast

If you want A3 colour from a range designed for busy offices, but not the outlay of a new machine, the ApeosPort pair is a good place to start. The C3070 prints 30 pages a minute; the C2560, from a smaller sister range, prints 25. Both come through to us often, renewed, refurbished or used, and we look after every one we supply.

In plain terms

The two machines come from different ranges. The ApeosPort C3070 belongs to the C3070 to C7070 range, launched in Australia in 2020, with a speed of 30 pages a minute. The ApeosPort C2560 sits in a smaller range released that same year, next to the C2060 and C3060, and runs at 25. Both handle colour copying, printing and scanning on sheets up to A3.

In 2021 the company was renamed FUJIFILM Business Innovation. That is why later machines from the same ranges are badged Fujifilm and called Apeos, for example the Apeos C3070 and the Apeos C2560. Fujifilm supplied the photograph, which shows the range wearing the newer badge.

With a secondhand C3070, ask how hard it has worked, not how old it is.

The right size of business

Where up to about ten people print a few thousand pages of colour a month, the C2560 has enough in hand. Step up to the C3070, from the larger range, for ten to twenty people; with a stapling finisher it turns out reports, proposals and handouts with ease. Think of a real estate office printing listings and contracts, or a practice with a busy front desk.

Secondhand grades and how to pay

Ask us for the ApeosPort C3070 or C2560 renewed, refurbished or used, and each machine comes checked, with its page count in writing before anything is signed. Buy it outright, or rent, lease or finance it over a term the machine's age decides, as long as 60 months on a younger one. Delivery, network setup and a run through for your team are part of the price anywhere from Ormeau to Tweed Heads, with scanning set up as well on a machine that scans.

With our service agreement in place, the replacement warranty lasts the whole term: if the machine fails, we replace it. The lowest rental, from $15 a week plus GST, applies to selected machines; any finance needs approval, and when a rental ends you upgrade or hand the machine back.

Four things to ask about a secondhand machine

The page count. Ask for it in writing; we give it before you sign. Pages printed tell you more about wear than the year a machine was made.
The options on it. Find out what is attached, such as a stapling finisher, more paper drawers or a high capacity feeder. Each one changes the jobs it suits and the figure you pay.
Who looks after it. A machine nobody can repair is no bargain, however little it costs. We only sell what we can service ourselves, everywhere we deliver.
The running cost. Have the black and white and colour page rates put in writing, along with what each rate includes.

Replacement warranty

A machine that fails is replaced. Through to the final month.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.

The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.

Is a secondhand ApeosPort C3070 a good buy?

If ten to twenty people will print colour on it, it is a sound choice from a range designed for busy offices. Before you commit, ask for its page count and its service history; we put both in writing.

What separates the ApeosPort C2560 from the C3070?

The C3070 is the quicker of the two, 30 pages a minute against 25, and it comes from the bigger C3070 to C7070 range, where the C2560 belongs to the C2060 to C3060 range. Give us a rough monthly page count and we will suggest the better one.

What came after the ApeosPort C3070?

Fujifilm's Apeos C3071 range, which reached Australia in October 2024. The C2560's smaller range was succeeded that month too, by the Apeos C2061, C2561 and C3061.

Is rental possible on a secondhand ApeosPort?

Renewed and refurbished machines can be rented, subject to approval, with the longest term set by the machine's age, up to 60 months. Used grade machines are usually bought outright. The lowest rental, from $15 a week plus GST, applies to selected machines.

Is an ApeosPort the same as a Xerox?
