Each part of the Gold Coast works a little differently, from the Southport towers to the Yatala sheds. The five pages name the suburbs, the businesses we tend to meet there and the delivery details that matter.

Copiers for Southport and the centre of the Gold Coast

Southport is the Coast's business centre, and its offices run from tower floors near the courthouse to specialist rooms by the hospital, small suites in Labrador and trade units in Molendinar. Every machine we put in, from Biggera Waters down to Main Beach, is delivered, set up and serviced by our own team.

Between the business parks of Robina and Varsity Lakes, the towers of Broadbeach and the workshops of the Burleigh industrial estate, this stretch of the Coast keeps a copier busy. Machines go in from Broadbeach and Miami out to Mudgeeraba, set up on your network and serviced through the term.

Getting a copier through the door

A freestanding A3 copier is roughly 60 centimetres wide, a little taller than a desk, and often 80 kilograms or more, so a bit of planning pays off. Ahead of the day we will ask about lifts and how big they are, stairs, doorways, loading bays, building hours and where a truck can stop.

Coast buildings vary more than most. A strata tower in Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach usually needs the building manager to book the lift and pad it out. A tilt slab unit at Yatala or Molendinar is the easy case: the roller door goes up and the trolley rolls straight in. A first floor office above a shop in Palm Beach may want an extra pair of hands on the stairs. Tell us what you have, and we plan the day around it.

Delivery and installation questions

Which parts of the Coast do you cover?

All of it, in five areas: Southport and the centre, Robina, Varsity Lakes and Burleigh, the northern Gold Coast from Helensvale up to Yatala, Nerang and the hinterland edge, and the southern Gold Coast and Tweed Heads.

Do you go over the border to Tweed Heads?

Yes. Tweed Heads and Tweed Heads South are delivered to, installed and serviced exactly like anywhere on this side of the border.

Is delivery part of the price?

It is. Every machine we supply comes with delivery, network installation, scanning set up for your staff and a run through at the machine, all inside the price. If your building needs a lift or loading bay booked, we organise that with you beforehand.

How long until the copier is in?

Most machines are installed within about a week of the paperwork being signed. If yours is new and has to come from the maker, it can take longer, and we tell you so before you sign.
