Desktop A4 for a small office with no A3 work
An A4 multifunction printer that prints, copies and scans, from $10 a week plus GST. You pay one regular amount, we service it for the length of the agreement, and you move to a newer printer when it ends. It is a business rental lasting several years, not short term hire.
Current A4 multifunction printers, colour or mono. We can price any model in the range for you.

Desktop A4 for a small office with no A3 work

Fast A4 colour for a busy front desk

A4 colour made to carry a heavy month
How many people use it, roughly how many pages go through it a month, and whether you need colour.
You get a choice of one or two A4 multifunction printers, with what each would cost per week or month.
A business rental agreement, normally for three to five years and subject to approval.
Delivered and connected, so every computer in the office can print to it and scans go straight to email.
Move to a newer printer or give this one back. Keen to keep it? Just ask us.
Printer rental suits the kind of smaller office found right along the Coast: allied health and medical practices, real estate agencies, trades and building businesses, holiday letting offices and branch sites. If your monthly printing runs from a few hundred pages up to a few thousand, and none of it is A3, it is likely to fit.
Once someone needs A3, or the team grows beyond about ten people, copier rental is usually the better choice.
Rent the office printer, and the service comes with it.
Toner is part of the page rate; what you pay for separately is the delivery of each toner order. When the printer tells you it is getting low, simply order the next cartridge through us.
Renting keeps the payment even and the upgrade easy. Some accountants prefer a lease, and a printer lease can be arranged for that. Buying outright makes sense if the printer will be with you for a long time. Compare the five ways to pay.
Short term hire, a printer for a weekend function or a one off job, is not something we offer. Printer rental with us is a business agreement that runs for years.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.
