Within Kyocera's ECOSYS MA3500 and MA4000 colour range, the ECOSYS MA4000cifx is the option at 40 pages a minute. Kyocera built the same family at other speeds too: ECOSYS MA3500cix (35) and ECOSYS MA3500cifx (35), in pages a minute. From the maker's own figures, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 50 images a minute and has room for 350 sheets (or 2,050 with extra paper options). You can still order it new, as it remains in Kyocera's range here.

It makes most sense for a team of up to ten or so that rarely, if ever, needs A3. Kyocera's recommended monthly volume is up to 1,900 pages. For a quieter office, the ECOSYS MA3500cifx runs at 35.

Ordered new, the ECOSYS MA4000cifx reaches your business with the maker's warranty and with delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team already in the price. Most machines are installed within about a week of signing; if this one has to be ordered in, you hear the timing before you sign.

Most of our customers rent: a business agreement running three to five years, with one regular payment, the machine serviced throughout, and the choice at the end to upgrade or hand it back. The lowest rental, from $15 a week plus GST, applies to selected machines; finance is subject to approval. A lease or other finance can be arranged, or you can buy outright.

Replacement warranty

A machine that fails is replaced. Through to the final month.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.

The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
