When is brand new worth it?

When the machine has years of hard work ahead of it.

• Your business runs thousands of pages a month and you want the longest working life you can get.
• You need something only a current model has, such as up to date security, card release printing or a particular finisher.
• It will stay for the long haul, around five years, and you would like the maker's warranty on it from the outset.
• You run more than one site, say a Southport office and a Robina branch, and want the same model in both.

When it is not worth it

If your team prints a few hundred pages a week, a new A3 colour machine is usually more than the job needs. An older machine from the same family, refurbished, will handle that work, and what you save can pay for years of toner.

We would rather say so before you sign than have you find out later.

What every new machine comes with

• Delivery, installation on your network, and scanning to email and folders set up.
• Time with your staff so they know how to use it.
• The maker's warranty, normally 12 months on the hardware.
• Our whole of term replacement warranty, from the day it goes on our service agreement.
• Servicing under our agreement, with toner, parts and repairs inside a fixed cost per page.

Expect most installs to be finished within a week or so of signing. A model that has to come from the maker can take longer, and you will know how long before you commit. Prefer to pay over time? Copier rental and photocopier finance both work for new machines.
