In plain terms

Card is where the C911dn earns its keep. This C900 series printer runs double sided and networked, and it takes stock heavier than most office copiers will accept. OKI's recommendation is no more than 25,000 pages a month, against a top rating of 300,000.

Heavy card, high volume: stock to 360 gsm at 50 pages a minute.

The right size of business

On the Coast that means print rooms, schools, sign writers, restaurants printing menus, and tourism and events businesses turning out tickets and passes. If most of your printing is on ordinary paper, the far smaller C834 is the better fit for a desk.

New or secondhand, and how to pay

Ask us for the C911 new or secondhand, and each machine comes checked, with its page count in writing before anything is signed. Buy it outright, or rent, lease or finance it over a term the machine's age decides, as long as 60 months on a younger one. Delivery, network setup and a run through for your team are part of the price anywhere from Ormeau to Tweed Heads, with scanning set up as well on a machine that scans.

With our service agreement in place, the replacement warranty lasts the whole term: if the machine fails, we replace it. The lowest rental, from $15 a week plus GST, applies to selected machines; any finance needs approval, and when a rental ends you upgrade or hand the machine back.

Four things to ask about a secondhand OKI

  • The page count, in writing. With an OKI, pages printed are a far better guide to condition than the year it was made.
  • Drum and fuser life. These parts wear with every page. Find out how far through their life each one is.
  • Options on board. Ask whether it has a stand, a duplex unit or more paper trays, since each one changes the work it suits.
  • Support, now and later. We look after every machine we supply. Before you buy, we also tell you how long OKI will keep supporting that model.

Replacement warranty

A machine that fails is replaced. Through to the final month.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.

The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.

Asked often

OKI C911: questions and answers

Can a new OKI C911 be ordered?

Yes. It remains a current model at OKI Australia and can be ordered new through us; secondhand ones come in occasionally too.

What is the heaviest card the C911 takes?

OKI's figures are 360 gsm through the bypass tray and 320 gsm from the paper trays.

Should I look at the C931 instead of the C911?

Both are built on the C900 body with the same 50 pages a minute. The difference: OKI Australia still sells the C911 new, and the C931 is no longer sold.

Could my business rent an OKI C911?

Yes, subject to approval: over three to five years for a new machine, or over a term set by its age for a secondhand one. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST. Let us know which one you have in mind and we will send the figures in writing.
