A business mix all of its own

Along the Gold Coast Highway at Palm Beach, Tugun and Bilinga you will find cafes, real estate offices, physios and small professional firms, many in newer buildings with apartments above. Currumbin Waters has a working light industrial estate full of fabricators, trades and suppliers. Elanora brings schools and medical centres. Coolangatta lives on tourism and hospitality, and the airport at Bilinga adds aviation, freight and the businesses that serve them. Across the border, Tweed Heads has its own town centre of professional offices and health services, and Tweed Heads South has a busy business and trade estate.

A real estate office in Palm Beach wants colour that does justice to a listing. A fabricator in Currumbin Waters wants a tough A3 machine that copes with long print runs and lives in the office, away from the grinding dust. A practice in Tweed Heads needs secure release for patient records. A small team in Tugun might only need an A4 office printer. Across the border, and the clocks

Tweed Heads is in New South Wales, but for us it is simply the next suburb along. Delivery, installation and service work exactly as they do in Coolangatta, and a business on the Tweed side gets the same kind of agreement and the same replacement warranty.

One thing does change. Queensland stays on standard time all year, while New South Wales moves its clocks forward for summer, so from October to April Tweed Heads runs an hour ahead of Coolangatta. When we book a delivery or a service visit across the border, we confirm the time on your side of the line.

Nearer the beach, many offices in Coolangatta and Palm Beach are in mixed use buildings with a building manager and a shared lift. Let us know which building, and we will book it with them.
