Toshiba builds sturdy A3 office machines and keeps one touch panel layout across the whole e STUDIO line. That matters when a business runs a few machines, say one at reception and one in the back office, because staff can walk up to any of them and know where everything is. Colour models cover everything from a small practice to a busy floor, and the mono models simply get on with the job.

Every e STUDIO number carries two facts. Split the 3525AC in half: 35 is how many pages it turns out each minute, and 25 places it in a generation. The AC on the end says colour, while mono machines finish with a single A, as on the 3528A. Its stablemates follow the same rule, so the 2525AC prints 25 pages a minute in colour and the 5525AC prints 55. When you weigh up two secondhand Toshibas, check the generation digits as well as the speed, because a 3525AC is a later machine than a 3515AC.
For a Coast business that wants A3 colour its staff can use from day one, a Toshiba is a natural pick. The 3525AC prints 35 pages a minute, which sits comfortably with a team of ten to twenty, whether that is a real estate office in Broadbeach or a medical practice in Robina.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
