If your business wants a genuine Toshiba for A3 colour work but the budget is tight, the e STUDIO 2505AC is worth considering. Its speed is 25 pages a minute, and it belongs to Toshiba's 2016 range. Secondhand ones come through to us often, refurbished or used, and every one we supply, we service.
The 2505AC is the entry model of a range Toshiba Australia launched in 2016, every machine in it redesigned from scratch, with a 9 inch touch screen laid out like a tablet, run by Toshiba's e BRIDGE Next controller. The same range climbs through the 3005AC and 3505AC to the 4505AC and 5005AC.
One body serves the whole range, which makes life easy for staff moving between machines of different speeds. Colour copying, printing and scanning go up to A3.

Modest colour volumes and a small team: a trades business in Molendinar, say, or a small agency in Southport. Of our three grades, used costs the least up front. If more people print, the 3005AC is the same machine at 30 pages a minute.
Ask us for the e STUDIO 2505AC refurbished or used, and each machine comes checked, with its page count in writing before anything is signed. Buy it outright, or rent, lease or finance it over a term the machine's age decides, as long as 60 months on a younger one. Delivery, network setup and a run through for your team are part of the price anywhere from Ormeau to Tweed Heads, with scanning set up as well on a machine that scans.
With our service agreement in place, the replacement warranty lasts the whole term: if the machine fails, we replace it. The lowest rental, from $15 a week plus GST, applies to selected machines; any finance needs approval, and when a rental ends you upgrade or hand the machine back.

Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
If your office is small, it is. The 2016 range it comes from was a complete redesign by Toshiba. On any secondhand unit, ask for two things first, the page count and the service record, and we will put them in writing.
It is one machine with three speeds to choose from: 25, 30 and 35 pages a minute. The number of people printing, and how much they print, makes the choice, and we can help you size it.
Toshiba has had two ranges since: the e STUDIO 2515AC, from 2018, and the current 2525AC range, which we can supply new.
There is no set price: the figure for each one depends on how many pages it has done, the shape it is in and the options on it. Send us the model and we will reply with the figures in writing.
