Of the speeds in HP's Color LaserJet Managed MFP E786 series, the Color LaserJet Managed MFP E78625 (first released in 2022) is the one that does 25 pages a minute. HP built the same family at other speeds too: E78630 (30) and E78635 (35), in pages a minute. From the maker's own figures, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 90 images a minute, has room for 1,140 sheets (or 3,140 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm. HP Australia still has it in the current lineup.

Is it the right fit for your team?

It makes most sense for a business with a handful of staff, five or fewer. HP's recommended monthly volume is up to 20,000 pages. If the business is growing, the Color LaserJet Managed MFP E78630 gives you 30 pages a minute in the same family.

We deliver from Ormeau and Yatala down to Coolangatta and Tweed Heads, and in the high rise towers of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach we fit delivery around the building's lift and loading bay bookings.

Most of our customers rent: a business agreement running three to five years, with one regular payment, the machine serviced throughout, and the choice at the end to upgrade or hand it back. The lowest rental, from $15 a week plus GST, applies to selected machines; finance is subject to approval. A lease or other finance can be arranged, or you can buy outright.
