Think of the agency printing A3 property brochures, or the builder printing plans in colour: that is the work this machine is for. The Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i is one such machine: an A3 colour photocopier putting out 25 pages a minute. We supply it secondhand in three grades, renewed, refurbished and used, and every unit is checked with its page count put in writing for you.
Of the speeds in Canon's imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3500 series, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i is the one that does 25 pages a minute. Canon built the same family at other speeds too: imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3520i (20) and imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3530i (30), in pages a minute. According to Canon, it has a scanning speed of 80 images a minute, has room for 1,200 sheets (or 2,300 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.
A3 colour from Canon at 25 pages a minute, renewed, refurbished or used.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
As a rough guide, it is sized for a business with a handful of staff, five or fewer. For more people on the one machine, look at the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3530i, the next step up at 30 pages a minute. The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3520i, at 20 pages a minute, is the gentler option in the family.
Choose a renewed imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i if you want one that runs close to new, refurbished for the balance most customers pick, or used to keep the outlay down. Every unit is checked first, with the page count in writing. Pay outright, or rent, lease or finance it over a term that can reach 60 months on a younger machine. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team come with it, wherever you are on the Coast.
Bought outright without a service agreement, its warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you in writing what it is before the sale. With a service agreement, it is replaced if it fails, for the whole term. The lowest weekly rental, from $15 a week plus GST, is for selected machines, subject to approval.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
Both come from the same family. The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3525i prints 25 pages a minute, while the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3530i prints 30, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
