New and secondhand Kyocera photocopiers for sale on the Gold Coast
Kyocera has earned its name on two things, long life and low running costs. We can bring in a new TASKalfa copier or ECOSYS printer, or a used or refurbished Kyocera we have checked over, and we service whichever you choose.
Kyocera's drums and developer units are made to last for a very long run of pages, which means fewer parts changed and a lower cost on every page. TASKalfa is where the A3 copiers sit. ECOSYS covers the A4 printers and multifunctions.

Names are written the way the maker writes them. If yours is missing, ask us anyway.
Fewer parts to replace means a steadier cost per page.

What the numbers on a Kyocera mean
Kyocera packs a TASKalfa name with clues. On a 2554ci, the 25 is pages per minute, the closing 4 is the generation and the ci means it prints colour, so the 3554ci is the quicker 35 page member of the same family. Step back a generation to the 2553ci, and back again to the 2552ci. Where the c is missing, as on the 5004i, you have a mono machine. ECOSYS is the smaller side of the house, printers and multifunction printers that are mostly A4, though the ECOSYS M8124cidn and M8130cidn both handle A3 colour.

Would a Kyocera suit your business?
When running costs are the figure you keep an eye on, put Kyocera at the top of the list. A compact A3 colour copier such as the TASKalfa 2554ci sits easily with a small team, and if A3 never comes up in your work, an ECOSYS office printer will cover it and take up less of the room.

How a Kyocera gets to your office
Kyocera copiers come to you brand new, or in our renewed, refurbished and used grades. Either way, the same team delivers it, installs it on your network and services it afterwards, because we do not sell a machine we cannot service. Would you rather not buy? Rent a copier from $15 a week plus GST. Finance subject to approval. The lowest weekly figure applies to selected machines.

67 models in all, the series running from oldest to newest where the year is known. Tap one and its name drops into the enquiry form; we reply saying whether one is on hand, how many pages it has done and what it costs. Speed means A4 pages per minute, slowest first.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Replacement warranty
A machine that fails is replaced. Through to the final month.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
You can. We supply TASKalfa copiers and ECOSYS printers new, and we also sell them refurbished and used.
How do TASKalfa and ECOSYS differ?
TASKalfa is the name on Kyocera's A3 copiers. ECOSYS is its compact line, made up mostly of A4 printers and multifunctions.
What does ci stand for on a TASKalfa?
It tells you the machine prints colour. A TASKalfa 2554ci runs at 25 pages a minute in colour, while a model without the c, like the 5004i, prints mono only.
Is a used TASKalfa 2553ci worth buying?
For a typical small or mid sized business, yes, provided its service history is clean and the page count sits at a sensible level. Between the 2553ci and the later 2554ci, these are the TASKalfas we come across most, while the older 2552ci is rarer. Tell us how your office prints and we will steer you to the right one.
