For colour copying, printing and scanning that never goes past A4, a compact multifunction like this one does the job. One to consider is the Kyocera ECOSYS MA2600cfx, an A4 colour MFP that Kyocera rates at 26 pages a minute. Fax is built in as standard, too. Order it new and delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are included, from Ormeau down to Tweed Heads.
Maker's own photoKyocera placed the ECOSYS MA2600cfx in its ECOSYS MA2600 series, as the model that prints 26 pages a minute. Kyocera built the same family at other speeds too: ECOSYS MA2600cwx (26) and ECOSYS MA2600cwfx (26), in pages a minute. According to Kyocera, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 22 images a minute and has room for 300 sheets (or 550 with extra paper options). Kyocera Australia still has it in the current lineup.
An A4 colour MFP for Gold Coast workplaces, at 26 pages a minute, supplied new.
As published by the maker. It comes new, delivered, installed and set up for you.
It makes most sense for a team of up to ten or so that rarely, if ever, needs A3. Plan on no more than 900 pages a month, which is the volume Kyocera recommends.
A new ECOSYS MA2600cfx from us carries Kyocera's own warranty, and delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are covered in the price. We deliver from Ormeau and Yatala down to Coolangatta and Tweed Heads, and in the high rise towers of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach we fit delivery around the building's lift and loading bay bookings.
Outright purchase, rental, a lease or other finance all work, with anything financed subject to approval, and some businesses pay by the page under a managed print agreement. With our service agreement in place, a machine that fails is replaced for as long as the agreement runs, and weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
