For colour copying, printing and scanning that never goes past A4, a compact multifunction like this one does the job. Kyocera's ECOSYS MA2600cwx fits that brief: an A4 colour MFP with an A4 speed of 26 pages a minute. Order it new and delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are included, from Ormeau down to Tweed Heads.
Maker's own photoOf the speeds in Kyocera's ECOSYS MA2600 series, the ECOSYS MA2600cwx is the one that does 26 pages a minute. Kyocera built the same family at other speeds too: ECOSYS MA2600cfx (26) and ECOSYS MA2600cwfx (26), in pages a minute. From the maker's own figures, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 22 images a minute and has room for 300 sheets (or 550 with extra paper options). As a current model in this country, it can be ordered new.
An A4 colour MFP for Gold Coast workplaces, at 26 pages a minute, supplied new.
As published by the maker. It comes new, delivered, installed and set up for you.
As a rough guide, it is sized for a team of up to ten or so that rarely, if ever, needs A3. Plan on no more than 900 pages a month, which is the volume Kyocera recommends.
Ordered new, the ECOSYS MA2600cwx reaches your business with the maker's warranty and with delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team already in the price. Most machines are installed within about a week of signing; if this one has to be ordered in, you hear the timing before you sign.
Most of our customers rent: a business agreement running three to five years, with one regular payment, the machine serviced throughout, and the choice at the end to upgrade or hand it back. The lowest rental, from $15 a week plus GST, applies to selected machines; finance is subject to approval. A lease or other finance can be arranged, or you can buy outright.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.
