For colour copying, printing and scanning that never goes past A4, a compact multifunction like this one does the job. The Kyocera ECOSYS MA2600cwfx is one such machine: an A4 colour MFP putting out 26 pages a minute. Fax is built in as standard, too. We supply it new anywhere on the Coast, and delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are part of the price.
Maker's own photoWithin Kyocera's ECOSYS MA2600 series, the ECOSYS MA2600cwfx is the option at 26 pages a minute. Sister models and their A4 speeds: ECOSYS MA2600cfx (26) and ECOSYS MA2600cwx (26). According to Kyocera, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 22 images a minute and has room for 300 sheets (or 550 with extra paper options). You can still order it new, as it remains in Kyocera's range here.
A4 colour from Kyocera at 26 pages a minute, delivered new across the Coast.
As published by the maker. It comes new, delivered, installed and set up for you.
As a rough guide, it is sized for a team of up to ten or so that rarely, if ever, needs A3. Plan on no more than 900 pages a month, which is the volume Kyocera recommends.
Buy it new and the maker's warranty applies, which on a new machine usually means 12 months on the hardware, though not on consumables. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team sit inside the price.
Outright purchase, rental, a lease or other finance all work, with anything financed subject to approval, and some businesses pay by the page under a managed print agreement. With our service agreement in place, a machine that fails is replaced for as long as the agreement runs, and weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
It can. A new one carries Kyocera's warranty, and delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team come as part of the price.

Usually, yes, subject to approval, for three to five years. Weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST; the machine is serviced throughout. Rental is not hire, so there is no short booking to arrange. Ask about this model and we will put the figures in writing for you.
