New and secondhand OKI photocopiers and A3 colour printers for sale on the Gold Coast

OKI puts its own LED print engine into A3 colour machines that take up surprisingly little room. The range splits in two: on one side the C800 series printers, on the other the MC800 series multifunction copiers. We can supply a current OKI new, or source a secondhand OKI A3 model, which we then sell and service.

  • Supplied brand new
  • Or secondhand in three grades
  • Set up and serviced on site
  • Whole of term replacement warranty

What sets OKI apart

OKI's digital LED engine stands in for a laser, and that is what keeps the machine small. A C800 series A3 colour printer will sit on a desk or a bench, and the MC800 series adds copying and scanning on top. The Executive Series, ES for short, are those same machines sold through resellers, so an ES8473 is an MC873 under its reseller badge.

OKI A3 colour machines we supply

  • MC800 series A3 colour multifunctions: MC873, MC853
  • C800 series A3 colour printers: C844, C834, C824
  • Executive Series models sold through resellers: the ES8473 MFP, and the ES8433 and ES8434 printers
  • C900 series A3 colour printers for larger volumes: C931, C911
  • OKI's A4 multifunction printers, the MC554dnw among them

Names are written the way the maker writes them. If yours is missing, ask us anyway.

What the numbers on an OKI mean

With OKI, the letters up front sort the machines. MC marks a colour multifunction, the MC873 for one, and a plain C marks a colour printer such as the C834. Numbers in the 800s belong to the A3 range. ES is short for Executive Series, models like the ES8473 that OKI supplies through the office equipment trade rather than retail. Any letters trailing the number tell you what is built in: dn is two sided printing with a network port, and w adds wireless.

Would an OKI suit your business?

For A3 colour in a small footprint, the C834 is the one to look at if you only print, and the MC873, or the ES8473 that is its reseller twin, if you also copy and scan. A busy front counter printing hard all day is better served by a full size A3 copier, and an office that never touches A3 is better off with an office printer.

How an OKI gets to your office

OKI copiers come to you brand new, or in our renewed, refurbished and used grades. Either way, the same team delivers it, installs it on your network and services it afterwards, because we do not sell a machine we cannot service. Would you rather not buy? Rent a copier from $15 a week plus GST. Finance subject to approval. The lowest weekly figure applies to selected machines.

Replacement warranty

A machine that fails is replaced. Through to the final month.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.

The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.

Asked often

OKI questions, answered

Do you supply OKI machines new?

We do, across OKI's current models. On the secondhand side, the A3 multifunctions to ask about are the MC853, MC873 and ES8473, all of which we sell and service.

What is an OKI ES model?

ES means Executive Series: OKI machines that go out through office equipment resellers instead of shops. The ES8473, for one, matches the MC873.

Printer or copier: which is an OKI?

It can be either. The C800 series print A3 colour and nothing else, while the MC800 series and the ES multifunctions copy and scan as well, just like a full office copier.

Can I get a used OKI MC873?

Often, yes, and the MC853 and ES8473 come in regularly too. Give us a model or a speed and we will reply with what is available, including the page count and figures for each machine.

What will an OKI A3 printer cost me?

That comes down to which model, what condition it is in and how you pay for it. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST, with finance subject to approval. Name the model and we will put the figures in writing.
