Renewed: deeper parts work, close to new on day one
Renting is how most of our customers pay for a copier, and it starts from $15 a week plus GST. You make one regular payment, we look after the machine for the length of the agreement, and when the term is over you can move up to something newer. It is a business agreement that runs for years, which is a different thing from short term hire.
We look at how your team prints and suggest two or three machines, each with its weekly or monthly figure.
A rental in your business's name, usually for three to five years and subject to approval.
We bring it in, connect it to your network, set up scanning and show your staff around it, all in the price. Most machines are in and working within about a week of signing.
Toner, parts and repairs sit under a service agreement, charged at a set cost per page.
Move up to a newer machine or hand this one back. Thinking of keeping it? Ask us.
Models we see regularly, shown in the makers' own photos. Availability moves week to week; ask about any of them for its page count, its grade and the figures.

Rental begins from $15 a week plus GST on selected refurbished A3 machines. Four things shape what you pay: which machine it is, its grade, whether it prints colour or mono, and the length of the term, which is most often 36, 48 or 60 months.
Your printed pages are charged separately under the service agreement, at one set rate for mono and another for colour. Choose an all inclusive rental and your included prints are totalled over the whole term instead. Give us an idea of how your office prints and we will put the weekly figure and the page rates in writing for you.
Installed, kept running all term, then traded up or returned.
Rental payments are often treated as an operating expense; your accountant can confirm how that applies in your case.
Six short scenes, from signing the paperwork to the first job your staff print.
We shortlist two or three machines for how you print.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
With an all inclusive rental, a set number of prints is included for the whole term rather than a limit each month. A flat out month in the busy season costs nothing extra, and a quiet month does not go to waste. That suits plenty of Coast businesses whose workload rises and falls with the school holidays and the visitor seasons. Ask us whether it fits the way you print.
Plenty of smaller offices never print on A3, so a full size copier would be more machine than they need. An A4 multifunction printer can be rented the same way, from $10 a week plus GST, and it comes with everything a rented copier does: our servicing, the replacement warranty and an upgrade once the term is up.
If a printer sounds more like your office, see office printer rental, or answer five quick questions to narrow it down.
Hire means having a machine for a matter of days or weeks: an expo stand, a short project, a temporary site office. That is not something we offer. A rental with us runs for years, on a machine chosen for your business and serviced for the whole of the agreement.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Get your rental figure
Tell us a little about your office and we will put the weekly figure in writing for you. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Selected refurbished copiers rent from $15 a week plus GST. The figure for your office comes from the machine you pick, which grade it is, whether it prints colour or mono and how long the term runs. Tell us what a normal month of printing looks like and that figure will follow in writing.
Yes. Renewed and refurbished machines rent on terms of up to 60 months, with the age of the machine setting the limit.
We repair it under the service agreement. Should it fail altogether, the replacement warranty covers you: we replace the machine, for the whole term of the agreement.
The rental company owns it while the agreement runs, and when the term is up the machine returns to us. From there you can move to a newer model or hand it back. If keeping it appeals, ask us.
Selected refurbished A3 copiers. Finance subject to approval. The lowest weekly figure applies to selected machines. Ask us which models are sitting at that figure right now.
Rental is for businesses and needs approval. Get in touch and we will explain what the rental company will want to see from you.
Yes, and on the same terms as a copier. The printer rental page has the details.
No. Hire covers a few days or weeks. Our rentals are business agreements lasting several years, serviced throughout, with a newer machine at the end.
