Managed print services

Managed print services for Gold Coast workplaces

With managed print services, every copier and printer you run, along with its servicing and toner, sits on one monthly account charged by the page. Your people get on with their work, and the machines are looked after for them.

  • One account each month
  • A set rate per page
  • Toner, parts and repairs covered
  • For copiers and printers

What a managed print agreement means

You will hear it called plenty of names: MPS, cost per page, managed print, facilities management, print management, cost per copy, a click charge, or managed print services. Whatever the label, the arrangement works one way: each printed page is charged at an agreed rate, and that rate takes care of toner, parts and repairs.

If you take a managed print agreement with us, the copiers themselves can be rented as part of it, and everything lands on the one account.

Every machine and every page on one account, priced per page.

How your cost per page is worked out

Every copier and printer counts the pages it produces, keeping mono and colour apart. Once a month we gather those counts, straight from the machine wherever it can report them, and your account is worked out from the rates in your agreement. You can check the totals against the counter on any machine.

Toner is part of the page rate, and the only toner cost outside it is delivery, charged per order. If a machine needs a technician, one comes to you, and the parts and labour sit inside the rate.

Is managed print right for your business?

  • Businesses running several machines that would like one supplier and one account, whether on a single floor in Southport or across sites from Coomera to Tweed Heads.
  • Owners who want printing to be a known, steady cost.
  • Offices that are tired of buying toner and paying for each repair as it comes.

Running a single copier without heavy volumes? A copier on rental, with a service agreement, is the simpler route.

Send it through and we will go over it with care, then explain in plain terms where it leaves you: what you pay a page, whether there is a minimum, when it finishes and what moving would cost. Upload the agreement here.

Asked often

MPS and managed print on the Gold Coast: your questions

What does MPS mean?

Managed print services. People also call the arrangement managed print, or simply a managed print agreement.

Where does facilities management fit in?

It is managed print for a bigger organisation: one supplier takes care of every copier and printer the business has, often over several sites, usually at a cost per page.

Will we have to read the meters ourselves?

Usually not. We gather the readings every month, straight from any machine able to send them, and only ask you for one when a machine has no way of reporting.

Is there a minimum charge each month?

Many managed print agreements have one. If ours does, you will find it written in the agreement, and we will walk you through it before anything is signed.
