Office printers

Office printers for Gold Coast businesses

Plenty of Coast businesses never print A3: a physio clinic, a small accounting practice, a tour operator's front desk. For them, an A4 colour laser MFP handles printing, copying and scanning in a fraction of the space a copier takes, and costs less.

  • A4 multifunction printers, colour or mono
  • HP, Kyocera, Lexmark, OKI, Toshiba
  • Connected to your network
  • Serviced by the people who sold it

The full A4 office printer range

A page for each A4 model with the maker's specifications. Look across every model, A3 and A4.

Will A4 be enough for your office?

Most likely, if all of these hold true:

  • No one prints on A3.
  • Ten people or fewer share the machine.
  • You print a few thousand pages a month at most.
  • Desk or bench space is limited.

If even one of those does not fit, an A3 copier is worth comparing.

A small team that never prints A3 is well served by an A4 MFP.

Business MFP or retail printer?

You notice the gap within a week. A business MFP is made to handle volume day after day; it reads both sides of an original in one pass, sends scans straight to email or a shared folder, has proper security controls, and when it needs a technician, one comes to you. Its toner cartridges go much further, so each page costs less.

Our new A4 multifunction printers are HP, Kyocera, Lexmark, OKI and Toshiba; secondhand, we can usually find most other brands too.

The business printers we supply

New, the choice runs across HP Color LaserJet Enterprise, Kyocera ECOSYS, Lexmark, OKI and Toshiba A4 models, in colour or mono. Some people call them MFPs, some MFDs, others all in one printers. If you have been searching for a desktop photocopier to sit on a bench, this is the machine you mean.

Outgrown the Brother, Epson or Canon you bought at a retail store? Moving to a business MFP is the usual next step. You can pay for it outright, put it on an office printer rental, or take out an office printer lease.

An A4 machine fits the way many Coast businesses work: medical and allied health clinics around Robina and Southport, accountants and real estate agencies from Hope Island to Palm Beach, and small design studios at Burleigh Heads.

MFD and MFP: what the letters mean

MFD is short for multifunction device and MFP for multifunction printer. They mean the same thing in practice: one box that prints, copies, scans and often faxes. You will see both terms used for A4 and A3 models alike.

Asked often

Office printers: what owners ask

What is the right printer for a small business?

One that fits your volume, keeps the cost per page low and has a technician close by when it needs one. Describe a normal month of printing and we will shortlist a few for you.

Can I get a secondhand office printer?

Yes, although it is a smaller market than copiers, so fewer come through. Ask what we have at the moment, and if none suit, a new model is always an option.

Can an office printer be rented?

Yes. Office printer rental starts from $10 a week plus GST on selected machines and works just like a copier rental, with the servicing built into the one agreement. More on office printer rental.

Who services the office printer?

We do. Every machine we sell is one we service, whether it is A4 or A3.

Can you supply a Brother or an Epson?

We supply new office printers from HP, Kyocera, Lexmark, OKI and Toshiba rather than those brands. If a Brother or Epson is no longer keeping up, give us an idea of your printing and we will suggest the business machine that fits.
