Plenty of day to day office work is black and white A4: invoices, forms, letters and scans. One to consider is the Lexmark MX431adn, an A4 mono MFP that Lexmark rates at 40 pages a minute. Fax is built in as standard, too. Bought new from us, it comes with delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team, all in the price.
Maker's own photoOf the speeds in Lexmark's MX43x series, the MX431adn (a 2020 model) is the one that does 40 pages a minute. Lexmark built the same family at other speeds too: MX431adw (40) and MX432adwe (40), in pages a minute. Useful to know: it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 20 images a minute and has room for 350 sheets (or 900 with extra paper options). You can still order it new, as it remains in Lexmark's range here.

As a rough guide, it is sized for a team of up to ten or so that rarely, if ever, needs A3. Lexmark's recommended monthly volume is up to 8,000 pages.
A new MX431adn from us carries Lexmark's own warranty, and delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are covered in the price. We deliver from Ormeau and Yatala down to Coolangatta and Tweed Heads, and in the high rise towers of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach we fit delivery around the building's lift and loading bay bookings.
You can pay outright or rent it, and selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST, with every rental subject to approval. Rental and hire are different things: rental here is a business agreement running three to five years. Put the machine on our service agreement and, if it fails, we replace it for the whole term.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.
