Ricoh and Lanier photocopiers on the Gold Coast: used and refurbished Ricohs for sale
Plenty of Gold Coast offices have run a Ricoh at some point, so good secondhand machines turn up regularly. We sell used and refurbished Ricohs and keep each one serviced.
The IM C range is best known for its Smart Operation Panel, whose touch screen behaves much like a tablet, and for dependable A3 colour at every speed. Its predecessor, the MP C range, is still in plenty of offices and still well supported.

What the numbers on a Ricoh mean
A Ricoh A3 name starts by telling you colour or mono: IM C prints colour and IM on its own prints mono. Next come the speed digits, so the IM C3500 turns out 35 pages a minute and the IM C4500 manages 45. The generation before IM C carried the MP C name, which makes the MP C3504 the earlier 35 page colour machine. Both generations come up secondhand, and the Smart Operation Panel belongs to the IM C models.

Would a Ricoh suit your business?
For a busy office, a refurbished IM C3500 or IM C4500 makes a lot of sense. It gives you A3 colour at either 35 or 45 pages a minute, for well under the price of a new machine.

How a Ricoh gets to your office
Ricoh machines come to us secondhand, so we offer them renewed, refurbished and used. If you would rather have new, we can set one beside a new OKI, Kyocera, HP, Toshiba or Lexmark and talk you through the difference. Either way, the same team delivers it, installs it on your network and services it afterwards, because we do not sell a machine we cannot service. Would you rather not buy? Rent a copier from $15 a week plus GST. Finance subject to approval. The lowest weekly figure applies to selected machines.

A Lanier copier is a Ricoh made machine sold under the Lanier name. On newer models the number is the same as the Ricoh it matches, so a Lanier IM C3000 is a Ricoh IM C3000 in every way that matters. Older Lanier LD models were numbered differently, an LD320 being an Aficio MP 2000, so for those we find the match from the model plate. It is serviced as a Ricoh, and we can match parts and toner to its model number.
If you are thinking about replacing a Lanier, or putting a second machine beside it, tell us the model number. We will work out the Ricoh equivalent for you, and let you know whether we can offer one used or refurbished.
58 models in all, the series running from oldest to newest where the year is known. Tap one and its name drops into the enquiry form; we reply saying whether one is on hand, how many pages it has done and what it costs. Speed means A4 pages per minute, slowest first.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Replacement warranty
A machine that fails is replaced. Through to the final month.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Our Ricohs are all secondhand, used or refurbished. If it has to be new, choose from Kyocera, Toshiba, Lexmark, HP and OKI.
Is an older Ricoh MP C still worth having?
Often it is, for an office that prints lightly, provided the machine has been gone over and serviced. The Smart Operation Panel came in with the IM C range that replaced it.
Are refurbished Ricohs available on rental?
Yes. The figure depends on the model and how many pages it has done, and selected machines rent from $15 a week plus GST, subject to finance approval.
Where does the Ricoh IM C2000 sit in the range?
At the start. It opens the IM C range, printing A3 colour at 20 pages a minute, and sits one step under the IM C2500. Ask us whether there is one available now.
Is a Lanier copier really a Ricoh?
It is. Ricoh builds Lanier machines, and the newer ones carry the same model numbers, so a Lanier IM C3000 is a Ricoh IM C3000. Tell us your Lanier model and we will name the matching Ricoh, and let you know what we can offer.
