If your business prints colour on A3 as well as A4, and scans every day, this is the class of machine to look at. Ricoh's IM C3510 fits that brief: an A3 colour photocopier with an A4 speed of 35 pages a minute. Secondhand, it comes renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one, and you have its page count in writing before you sign.
Within Ricoh's IM C2010 to C6010 range, the IM C3510 (first released in 2023) is the option at 35 pages a minute. Sister models and their A4 speeds: IM C2010 (20), IM C2010AEX (20), IM C2510 (25), IM C3010 (30), IM C4510 (45) and IM C6010 (60). Useful to know: it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 150 images a minute, has room for 1,200 sheets (or 4,850 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.
A3 colour from Ricoh at 35 pages a minute, renewed, refurbished or used.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
Secondhand, the IM C3510 comes in whichever grade suits your budget: renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one and give you its page count in writing. Rental or finance terms stretch to 60 months where the machine's age allows, and buying outright is always an option. The price covers delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team.
Bought outright without a service agreement, its warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you in writing what it is before the sale. With a service agreement, it is replaced if it fails, for the whole term. The lowest weekly rental, from $15 a week plus GST, is for selected machines, subject to approval.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Keen on the Ricoh IM C3510?
Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
Both come from the same family. The IM C3510 prints 35 pages a minute, while the IM C4510 prints 45, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
Questions about a machine, a quote or the agreement you are on now, answered by someone with decades in the trade. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
