If your business prints colour on A3 as well as A4, and scans every day, this is the class of machine to look at. The Ricoh IM C2010AEX is one such machine: an A3 colour photocopier putting out 20 pages a minute. You can have it renewed, close to new; refurbished, the grade most customers choose; or used, for the lowest outlay. Whichever it is, the page count comes in writing first.
Ricoh placed the IM C2010AEX in its IM C2010 to C6010 range, as the model that prints 20 pages a minute. Its stablemates, each with its pages a minute: IM C2010 (20), IM C2510 (25), IM C3010 (30), IM C3510 (35), IM C4510 (45) and IM C6010 (60). Useful to know: it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 150 images a minute, has room for 1,200 sheets (or 2,300 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.
An A3 colour photocopier for Gold Coast workplaces, at 20 pages a minute, in three secondhand grades.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
As a rough guide, it is sized for a business with a handful of staff, five or fewer. If the business is growing, the IM C2510 gives you 25 pages a minute in the same family.
A secondhand IM C2010AEX comes in one of three grades. Renewed is the top grade, with more parts replaced so it looks and runs close to new, and it costs more than refurbished. Refurbished, the most popular, is cleaned, serviced and tested, with its worn parts replaced. Used is checked and working with less work done, for the lowest outlay. Rental, a lease or finance can run for as long as 60 months if the machine's age allows, or you can buy outright. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are in the price.
A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Yes: the page count. We put it in writing before you commit, and it is a truer guide to wear than age alone.
Both come from the same family. The IM C2010AEX prints 20 pages a minute, while the IM C2510 prints 25, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
Usually, yes, subject to approval, for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months. Weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST; the machine is serviced throughout. Rental is not hire, so there is no short booking to arrange. Ask about this model and we will put the figures in writing for you.
