If your business prints colour on A3 as well as A4, and scans every day, this is the class of machine to look at. Ricoh's IM C2510 fits that brief: an A3 colour photocopier with an A4 speed of 25 pages a minute. You can have it renewed, close to new; refurbished, the grade most customers choose; or used, for the lowest outlay. Whichever it is, the page count comes in writing first.
Ricoh placed the IM C2510 (a 2023 model) in its IM C2010 to C6010 range, as the model that prints 25 pages a minute. Sister models and their A4 speeds: IM C2010 (20), IM C2010AEX (20), IM C3010 (30), IM C3510 (35), IM C4510 (45) and IM C6010 (60). From the maker's own figures, it has a scanning speed of 80 images a minute, has room for 1,200 sheets (or 2,300 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.
IM C2510, 25 pages a minute in colour: checked, graded and looked after by us.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
Its natural home: a business with a handful of staff, five or fewer. If the business is growing, the IM C3010 gives you 30 pages a minute in the same family. For a quieter office, the IM C2010AEX runs at 20.
Secondhand, the IM C2510 comes in whichever grade suits your budget: renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one and give you its page count in writing. Rental or finance terms stretch to 60 months where the machine's age allows, and buying outright is always an option. The price covers delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team.
Bought outright without a service agreement, its warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you in writing what it is before the sale. With a service agreement, it is replaced if it fails, for the whole term. The lowest weekly rental, from $15 a week plus GST, is for selected machines, subject to approval.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.

Keen on the Ricoh IM C2510?
Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
Both come from the same family. The IM C2510 prints 25 pages a minute, while the IM C3010 prints 30, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
