Financing a copier

Copier and photocopier finance on the Gold Coast

A copier or office printer, whether new, renewed or refurbished, can be paid for over three to five years rather than all at once. Through our finance partner we can arrange a rental, a lease or another kind of finance, and you decide which suits your business.

  • Rental, lease or other finance
  • Terms up to 60 months
  • New and secondhand machines
  • Finance needs approval

Three kinds of finance we can arrange

  • Rental: how most of our customers pay. A regular payment, then a newer machine, or the old one handed back, at the end of the term.
  • Lease: for when your accountant would rather you leased.
  • Other finance: for when owning the machine at the end of the term matters to you. Ask us about it.

Printers are financed the same way, whether it is one printer at the front desk or a combination of copiers and printers spread over more than one site, say a head office at Bundall and a yard at Yatala. See the five ways to pay next to each other.

Finance it, make the last repayment, and you own it outright.

Replacement warranty

A machine that fails is replaced. Through to the final month.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.

The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.

How long can a machine be financed for?

New machines can run to the longest term. On a refurbished machine the term can stretch to 60 months, depending on its age. Either way, you will know the terms on offer before you choose.

What you need for approval

Applications are for businesses only, and approval is up to the finance company. You will need your ABN and your business's registered name to start. Bigger amounts can mean a few more questions from the finance company. We stay with you through each step.

Asked often

Copier finance: what Gold Coast owners ask

Is finance available on a secondhand copier?

For most refurbished machines, yes. A machine that is very old is usually better bought outright.

What finance terms can I choose?

Terms of 36, 48 or 60 months are the usual choices. How old a refurbished machine is decides the longest term it can have.

Can you arrange office equipment finance?

Yes, for any copier or office printer we supply. A rental, a lease or other finance goes through our finance partner and is subject to approval, and several machines can sit on one agreement.

Can the finance be paid out early?

In most cases. What it costs to pay out depends on the agreement, and we can put that figure in writing for you at any point.
