Refurbished photocopiers on the Gold Coast

What goes into a refurbished copier

Refurbished, or reconditioned, means proper work has been done on the machine, well beyond a wipe down.

• Cleaned thoroughly, inside and out.
• A full service, replacing rollers and any other parts that have worn.
• Put through copy, print and scan tests before delivery.
• The meter reading noted and passed to you, so the machine's history is clear.

After that it comes to you, goes onto your network and stays in our care on a service agreement.

Want it closer still to new? A renewed machine goes further again, with more parts replaced.

Why refurbished suits most Coast offices

A good office copier is designed for a long working life. One that has spent three or four years in another business still has plenty of work left in it, and most of what we refurbish belongs to model families that were sold new only a few years back.

Picture a Coast business of five to twenty people, say a real estate agency, a physio practice or a builder's office, getting through a few thousand pages a month. Work like that is well within a refurbished A3 colour machine, which keeps pace with a new one and costs far less. That is why we recommend it more than any other grade.

Renting a refurbished copier

A refurbished copier can go on a rental or on finance. How long the term can run, up to five years, depends on the machine's age, and selected machines rent from $15 a week plus GST. See how rental works.
