Secondhand Sharp BP 70M45 on the Gold Coast

Trades and construction offices printing plans, rosters and forms in black and white, sometimes on A3, are the businesses this kind of machine is made for. Sharp's BP 70M45 fits that brief: an A3 mono photocopier with an A4 speed of 45 pages a minute. You can have it renewed, close to new; refurbished, the grade most customers choose; or used, for the lowest outlay. Whichever it is, the page count comes in writing first.

  • Up to 45 pages a minute on A4
  • Copies, prints and scans, A3 black and white
  • Secondhand: renewed, refurbished, used
  • Replacement warranty with our service agreement

Is it the right fit for your team?

As a rough guide, it is sized for a workplace where fifteen to thirty people share one machine. Expecting more staff? The same family's BP 70M55 lifts the speed to 55 pages a minute. For a quieter office, the BP 70M31 runs at 31.

How we supply it secondhand

A secondhand BP 70M45 comes in one of three grades. Renewed is the top grade, with more parts replaced so it looks and runs close to new, and it costs more than refurbished. Refurbished, the most popular, is cleaned, serviced and tested, with its worn parts replaced. Used is checked and working with less work done, for the lowest outlay. Rental, a lease or finance can run for as long as 60 months if the machine's age allows, or you can buy outright. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are in the price.

A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.

Questions worth asking first

  • The page count. Ask for it in writing; we give it before you sign. Pages printed tell you more about wear than the year a machine was made.
  • The options on it. Find out what is attached, such as a stapling finisher, more paper drawers or a high capacity feeder. Each one changes the jobs it suits and the figure you pay.
  • Who looks after it. A machine nobody can repair is no bargain, however little it costs. We only sell what we can service ourselves, everywhere we deliver.
  • The running cost. Have the black and white and colour page rates put in writing, along with what each rate includes.

Replacement warranty

A machine that fails is replaced. Through to the final month.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.

The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.

Asked often

Sharp BP 70M45: questions and answers

How many pages will a secondhand BP 70M45 have done?

Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.

Is the BP 70M55 a better choice than the BP 70M45?

Both come from the same family. The BP 70M45 prints 45 pages a minute, while the BP 70M55 prints 55, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.

Can my business rent the BP 70M45?

Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
