We keep what you tell us to the minimum needed to help you and to care for your copier, and we never sell it.
When you fill in a form or ring us, we note the details you choose to share: who you are, the business you work for, how to reach you by phone or email, your suburb and the kind of machine you want. If you send an agreement or a quote for us to look over, it is stored with your enquiry and removed whenever you ask.
The details you give us are used to help you, never traded.
We use it to reply, to put a quote together, to book delivery, installation and service visits, and to keep a service history for every copier we look after. Where you apply for a rental or a lease, the finance provider is given what it needs to assess the application, with your consent.
Only our team and those working with us to provide the service: technicians, for instance, and a finance provider when you have applied for finance. Your details are not sold or rented, ever.
We store your details in secure systems. If you would like to see what we hold, have it corrected or have it deleted, email info@goldcoastcopiers.com.au.
This site runs no advertising trackers. Spam protection on the forms may run a quick check through a security service. If we ever add analytics, it will be to see which pages people find helpful, and not to track you from site to site.
