Most of us picture a desktop printer when we hear HP, yet HP also builds full A3 office copiers under the LaserJet Managed MFP name. We can supply one new, or a used one that we sell and keep serviced.
An HP A3 machine is a full office copier with HP's printing and security inside. It handles A3 and A4, in colour or mono, and takes extra trays and finishers. Managed refers to how HP sells them: through suppliers, who then service them for the customer.
Names are written the way the maker writes them. If yours is missing, ask us anyway.

An HP A3 model name gives the family first and the speed last. The Color LaserJet Managed MFP E78330, for instance, is an A3 colour multifunction printer doing 30 pages a minute, and its siblings the E78323 and E78325 do 23 and 25. The mono equivalent at 30 pages a minute is the LaserJet Managed MFP E72530. If an HP A3 printer for the office is what you are after, leave the A3 inkjets aside and compare these.
If HP already runs through your business, from the laptops to the desk printers, an HP copier keeps the whole fleet in one family. The E78330 copies and prints in A3 colour, 30 pages to the minute, and refurbished, it is one of the lower cost rentals we offer.
HP copiers come to you brand new, or in our renewed, refurbished and used grades. Either way, the same team delivers it, installs it on your network and services it afterwards, because we do not sell a machine we cannot service. Would you rather not buy? Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
