HP placed the Color LaserJet Managed MFP E87750 (a 2022 model) in its Color LaserJet Managed MFP E877 series, as the model that prints 50 pages a minute. HP built the same family at other speeds too: E87740 (40), E87760 (60) and E87770 (70), in pages a minute. From the maker's own figures, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 90 images a minute, has room for 1,140 sheets (or 6,140 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 325 gsm. HP Australia still has it in the current lineup.

The right size of business

It makes most sense for thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. Plan on no more than 60,000 pages a month, which is the volume HP recommends. Expecting more staff? The same family's Color LaserJet Managed MFP E87760 lifts the speed to 60 pages a minute. For a quieter office, the Color LaserJet Managed MFP E87740 runs at 40.

Ordered new, the Color LaserJet Managed MFP E87750 reaches your business with the maker's warranty and with delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team already in the price. Most machines are installed within about a week of signing; if this one has to be ordered in, you hear the timing before you sign.

Outright purchase, rental, a lease or other finance all work, with anything financed subject to approval, and some businesses pay by the page under a managed print agreement. With our service agreement in place, a machine that fails is replaced for as long as the agreement runs, and weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST.
