A clinic, a salon or a small agency printing colour on A4 and scanning paperwork daily is the sort of business this machine suits. The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP 5800zf is one such machine: an A4 colour MFP putting out 43 pages a minute. Fax is built in as standard, too. Order it new and delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are included, from Ormeau down to Tweed Heads.
Maker's own photoOf the speeds in HP's Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP 5800 series, the Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP 5800zf is the one that does 43 pages a minute. Its single stablemate is the MFP 5800dn, which does 43 pages a minute. According to HP, it has a scanning speed of 56 images a minute and has room for 650 sheets. You can still order it new, as it remains in HP's range here.
A4 colour from HP at 43 pages a minute, delivered new across the Coast.
As published by the maker. It comes new, delivered, installed and set up for you.
As a rough guide, it is sized for a workplace where fifteen to thirty people share one machine. Plan on no more than 10,000 pages a month, which is the volume HP recommends.
Buy it new and the maker's warranty applies, which on a new machine usually means 12 months on the hardware, though not on consumables. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team sit inside the price.
Most of our customers rent: a business agreement running three to five years, with one regular payment, the machine serviced throughout, and the choice at the end to upgrade or hand it back. The lowest rental, from $15 a week plus GST, applies to selected machines; finance is subject to approval. A lease or other finance can be arranged, or you can buy outright.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.
