A clinic, a salon or a small agency printing colour on A4 and scanning paperwork daily is the sort of business this machine suits. One to consider is the HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP 5800dn, an A4 colour MFP that HP rates at 43 pages a minute. Bought new from us, it comes with delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team, all in the price.
Maker's own photoOf the speeds in HP's Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP 5800 series, the Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP 5800dn is the one that does 43 pages a minute. The only other model in that family is the Flow MFP 5800zf, rated 43 pages a minute. According to HP, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 47 images a minute and has room for 650 sheets (or 2,300 with extra paper options). You can still order it new, as it remains in HP's range here.
Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP 5800dn, 43 pages a minute in colour: ordered new and set up on site.
As published by the maker. It comes new, delivered, installed and set up for you.
Its natural home: a workplace where fifteen to thirty people share one machine. HP's recommended monthly volume is up to 10,000 pages.
Buy it new and the maker's warranty applies, which on a new machine usually means 12 months on the hardware, though not on consumables. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team sit inside the price.
Most of our customers rent: a business agreement running three to five years, with one regular payment, the machine serviced throughout, and the choice at the end to upgrade or hand it back. The lowest rental, from $15 a week plus GST, applies to selected machines; finance is subject to approval. A lease or other finance can be arranged, or you can buy outright.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.
