One to consider is the HP Color LaserJet Managed MFP E87640, an A3 colour photocopier that HP rates at 40 pages a minute. Secondhand, it comes renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one, and you have its page count in writing before you sign.

Color LaserJet Managed MFP E87640, 40 pages a minute in colour: checked, graded and looked after by us.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
Its natural home: a workplace where fifteen to thirty people share one machine. HP's recommended monthly volume is up to 50,000 pages. If the business is growing, the Color LaserJet Managed MFP E87650 gives you 50 pages a minute in the same family.
Choose a renewed Color LaserJet Managed MFP E87640 if you want one that runs close to new, refurbished for the balance most customers pick, or used to keep the outlay down. Every unit is checked first, with the page count in writing. Pay outright, or rent, lease or finance it over a term that can reach 60 months on a younger machine. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team come with it, wherever you are on the Coast.
We only sell machines we can service, so every secondhand Color LaserJet Managed MFP E87640 we supply can go straight onto a service agreement, with toner, parts and repairs at a set cost per page and a replacement if it fails. Rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST, approval permitting.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
HP recommends keeping it within 50,000 pages a month; the rated ceiling is 300,000 in a single month.
It comes down to your workload. At 40 pages a minute against 50, the two suit different team sizes; send a headcount and a rough monthly page count and we will recommend the better fit.
Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
