Think of the agency printing A3 property brochures, or the builder printing plans in colour: that is the work this machine is for. HP's Color LaserJet Managed MFP E78323 fits that brief: an A3 colour photocopier with an A4 speed of 23 pages a minute. Secondhand, it comes renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one, and you have its page count in writing before you sign.
Maker's own photoOf the speeds in HP's Color LaserJet Managed MFP E78323 to E78330 series, the Color LaserJet Managed MFP E78323 (first released in 2020) is the one that does 23 pages a minute. Sister models and their A4 speeds: E78325 (25) and E78330 (30). From the maker's own figures, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 80 images a minute and has room for 1,140 sheets (or 3,140 with extra paper options).

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
