If your colour printing all fits on A4, there is no need for a big A3 copier. One to consider is the HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP 6800zf, an A4 colour MFP that HP rates at 52 pages a minute. Fax is built in as standard, too. We supply it new anywhere on the Coast, and delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are part of the price.
Maker's own photoHP placed the Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP 6800zf in its Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP 6800 series, as the model that prints 52 pages a minute. HP built the same family at other speeds too: MFP 6800dn (52) and 6800zfsw (52), in pages a minute. From the maker's own figures, it has a scanning speed of 95 images a minute and has room for 650 sheets. You can still order it new, as it remains in HP's range here.
An A4 colour MFP for Gold Coast workplaces, at 52 pages a minute, supplied new.
As published by the maker. It comes new, delivered, installed and set up for you.
As a rough guide, it is sized for thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. HP's guide is to keep it under 14,000 pages a month.
Buy it new and the maker's warranty applies, which on a new machine usually means 12 months on the hardware, though not on consumables. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team sit inside the price.
You can pay outright or rent it, and selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST, with every rental subject to approval. Rental and hire are different things: rental here is a business agreement running three to five years. Put the machine on our service agreement and, if it fails, we replace it for the whole term.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
