If your colour printing all fits on A4, there is no need for a big A3 copier. One to consider is the HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP 6800zfsw, an A4 colour MFP that HP rates at 52 pages a minute. Fax is built in as standard, too. Order it new and delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are included, from Ormeau down to Tweed Heads.
Maker's own photoOf the speeds in HP's Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP 6800 series, the Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP 6800zfsw is the one that does 52 pages a minute. Its stablemates, each with its pages a minute: MFP 6800dn (52) and 6800zf (52). Useful to know: it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 95 images a minute and has room for 1,750 sheets. You can still order it new, as it remains in HP's range here.
Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP 6800zfsw, 52 pages a minute in colour: ordered new and set up on site.
As published by the maker. It comes new, delivered, installed and set up for you.
As a rough guide, it is sized for thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. HP's recommended monthly volume is up to 14,000 pages.
Buy it new and the maker's warranty applies, which on a new machine usually means 12 months on the hardware, though not on consumables. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team sit inside the price.
You can pay outright or rent it, and selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST, with every rental subject to approval. Rental and hire are different things: rental here is a business agreement running three to five years. Put the machine on our service agreement and, if it fails, we replace it for the whole term.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.
