In plain terms

The bizhub C300i belongs to the first wave of Konica Minolta's i Series, announced in 2019. Konica Minolta designed the series around connectivity, with a large touch panel that behaves like a tablet, and this model is its colour machine at 30 pages a minute. Colour copying, printing and scanning all go up to A3.

Its slower sister, the bizhub C250i, manages 25 pages a minute; the faster bizhub C360i does 36. It replaced the bizhub C308. The photograph, from Konica Minolta, is of the C300i itself.

The right size of business

It is at home in a medical practice, an agency or a school office where five to fifteen people print in colour, and Konica Minolta's recommendation is no more than 25,000 pages a month. A smaller team is better matched to the C250i, and a busier floor to the C360i.

Secondhand grades and how to pay

Ask us for the bizhub C300i refurbished or used, and each machine comes checked, with its page count in writing before anything is signed. Buy it outright, or rent, lease or finance it over a term the machine's age decides, as long as 60 months on a younger one. Delivery, network setup and a run through for your team are part of the price anywhere from Ormeau to Tweed Heads, with scanning set up as well on a machine that scans.

With our service agreement in place, the replacement warranty lasts the whole term: if the machine fails, we replace it. The lowest rental, from $15 a week plus GST, applies to selected machines; any finance needs approval, and when a rental ends you upgrade or hand the machine back.

Four things to ask about a secondhand machine

  • The page count. Ask for it in writing; we give it before you sign. Pages printed tell you more about wear than the year a machine was made.
  • The options on it. Find out what is attached, such as a stapling finisher, more paper drawers or a high capacity feeder. Each one changes the jobs it suits and the figure you pay.
  • Who looks after it. A machine nobody can repair is no bargain, however little it costs. We only sell what we can service ourselves, everywhere we deliver.
  • The running cost. Have the black and white and colour page rates put in writing, along with what each rate includes.

Replacement warranty

A machine that fails is replaced. Through to the final month.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.

The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.

Asked often

bizhub C300i: questions and answers

Is a secondhand bizhub C300i a good buy?

It is, for five to fifteen people printing in colour; that is the office size Konica Minolta designed the i Series around. Weigh up a secondhand one on its page count and service history, both of which we put in writing before you sign.

How do the bizhub C250i and C300i differ?

Only in pace: 25 pages a minute for the C250i, 30 for the C300i, in the same series. Your headcount and monthly pages settle it, and we can help you weigh it up. See the bizhub C250i.

Which model came after the bizhub C300i?

The bizhub C301i, released in 2024 together with the C251i and C361i.

Is rental possible on a refurbished bizhub?

Yes, subject to approval, for as many as 60 months on a younger machine, since age sets the limit. Weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST.
