If your business prints colour on A3 as well as A4, and scans every day, this is the class of machine to look at. Kyocera's ECOSYS M8130cidn fits that brief: an A3 colour photocopier with an A4 speed of 30 pages a minute. We supply it new anywhere on the Coast, and delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are part of the price.
Maker's own photoOf the speeds in Kyocera's ECOSYS M8100 series, the ECOSYS M8130cidn is the one that does 30 pages a minute. Kyocera made one sister model, the ECOSYS M8124cidn, at 24 pages a minute. From the maker's own figures, it has a scanning speed of 50 images a minute, has room for 600 sheets (or 1,600 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 256 gsm. You can still order it new, as it remains in Kyocera's range here.
A3 colour from Kyocera at 30 pages a minute, delivered new across the Coast.
As published by the maker. It comes new, delivered, installed and set up for you.
It makes most sense for an office of somewhere between five and fifteen staff. The ECOSYS M8124cidn, at 24 pages a minute, is the gentler option in the family.
Buy it new and the maker's warranty applies, which on a new machine usually means 12 months on the hardware, though not on consumables. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team sit inside the price.
You can pay outright or rent it, and selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST, with every rental subject to approval. Rental and hire are different things: rental here is a business agreement running three to five years. Put the machine on our service agreement and, if it fails, we replace it for the whole term.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
