Think of the agency printing A3 property brochures, or the builder printing plans in colour: that is the work this machine is for. The Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3835i is one such machine: an A3 colour photocopier putting out 35 pages a minute. Secondhand, it comes renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one, and you have its page count in writing before you sign.
Maker's own photoOf the speeds in Canon's imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3800 series, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3835i (a 2021 model) is the one that does 35 pages a minute. Canon built the same family at other speeds too: C3826i (26) and C3830i (30), in pages a minute. Useful to know: it has a scanning speed of 135 images a minute, has room for 1,200 sheets (or 2,300 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.

It makes most sense for an office of somewhere between five and fifteen staff. The imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3830i, at 30 pages a minute, is the gentler option in the family.
A secondhand imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3835i comes in one of three grades. Renewed is the top grade, with more parts replaced so it looks and runs close to new, and it costs more than refurbished. Refurbished, the most popular, is cleaned, serviced and tested, with its worn parts replaced. Used is checked and working with less work done, for the lowest outlay. Rental, a lease or finance can run for as long as 60 months if the machine's age allows, or you can buy outright. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are in the price.
Bought outright without a service agreement, its warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you in writing what it is before the sale. With a service agreement, it is replaced if it fails, for the whole term. The lowest weekly rental, from $15 a week plus GST, is for selected machines, subject to approval.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
