If your business prints colour on A3 as well as A4, and scans every day, this is the class of machine to look at. The Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3826i is one such machine: an A3 colour photocopier putting out 26 pages a minute. You can have it renewed, close to new; refurbished, the grade most customers choose; or used, for the lowest outlay. Whichever it is, the page count comes in writing first.
Maker's own photoCanon placed the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3826i (a 2021 model) in its imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3800 series, as the model that prints 26 pages a minute. Canon built the same family at other speeds too: C3830i (30) and C3835i (35), in pages a minute. From the maker's own figures, it has a scanning speed of 135 images a minute, has room for 1,200 sheets (or 2,300 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.
A3 colour from Canon at 26 pages a minute, renewed, refurbished or used.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
It makes most sense for an office of somewhere between five and fifteen staff. For more people on the one machine, look at the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3830i, the next step up at 30 pages a minute.
Secondhand, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3826i comes in whichever grade suits your budget: renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one and give you its page count in writing. Rental or finance terms stretch to 60 months where the machine's age allows, and buying outright is always an option. The price covers delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team.
A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Yes: the page count. We put it in writing before you commit, and it is a truer guide to wear than age alone.
Both come from the same family. The imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3826i prints 26 pages a minute, while the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3830i prints 30, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
Usually, yes, subject to approval, for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months. Weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST; the machine is serviced throughout. Rental is not hire, so there is no short booking to arrange. Ask about this model and we will put the figures in writing for you.
