If your business prints colour on A3 as well as A4, and scans every day, this is the class of machine to look at. One to consider is the Konica Minolta bizhub C251i, an A3 colour photocopier that Konica Minolta rates at 25 pages a minute. Secondhand, it comes renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one, and you have its page count in writing before you sign.
Maker's own photoWithin Konica Minolta's bizhub C251i to C361i range, the bizhub C251i is the option at 25 pages a minute. Its stablemates, each with its pages a minute: bizhub C301i (30) and bizhub C361i (36). According to Konica Minolta, it needs the optional single pass document feeder to scan at its top speed of 100 images a minute, has room for 1,150 sheets (or 6,650 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.
A3 colour from Konica Minolta at 25 pages a minute, renewed, refurbished or used.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
Its natural home: a business with a handful of staff, five or fewer. Konica Minolta's guide is to keep it under 16,000 pages a month. Expecting more staff? The same family's bizhub C301i lifts the speed to 30 pages a minute.
Secondhand, the bizhub C251i comes in whichever grade suits your budget: renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one and give you its page count in writing. Rental or finance terms stretch to 60 months where the machine's age allows, and buying outright is always an option. The price covers delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team.
A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
Konica Minolta recommends keeping it within 16,000 pages a month; the rated ceiling is 130,000 in a single month.
It comes down to your workload. At 25 pages a minute against 30, the two suit different team sizes; send a headcount and a rough monthly page count and we will recommend the better fit.
Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
