For a team that copies, prints and scans in colour, and sometimes reaches for A3, here is a machine worth weighing up. One to consider is the Sharp BP 70C31, an A3 colour photocopier that Sharp rates at 31 pages a minute. We supply it secondhand in three grades, renewed, refurbished and used, and every unit is checked with its page count put in writing for you.
Within Sharp's BP 70C31 to BP 70C65 series, the BP 70C31 (a 2022 model) is the option at 31 pages a minute. Sister models and their A4 speeds: BP 70C36 (36), BP 70C45 (45), BP 70C55 (55) and BP 70C65 (65). Useful to know: it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 140 images a minute, has room for 650 sheets (or 6,300 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.
BP 70C31, 31 pages a minute in colour: checked, graded and looked after by us.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
As a rough guide, it is sized for an office of somewhere between five and fifteen staff. If the business is growing, the BP 70C36 gives you 36 pages a minute in the same family.
Secondhand, the BP 70C31 comes in whichever grade suits your budget: renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one and give you its page count in writing. Rental or finance terms stretch to 60 months where the machine's age allows, and buying outright is always an option. The price covers delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team.
Bought outright without a service agreement, its warranty depends on the machine, and we tell you in writing what it is before the sale. With a service agreement, it is replaced if it fails, for the whole term. The lowest weekly rental, from $15 a week plus GST, is for selected machines, subject to approval.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.

Keen on the Sharp BP 70C31?
Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Yes: the page count. We put it in writing before you commit, and it is a truer guide to wear than age alone.
Both come from the same family. The BP 70C31 prints 31 pages a minute, while the BP 70C36 prints 36, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
Usually, yes, subject to approval, for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months. Weekly rental on selected machines is from $15 a week plus GST; the machine is serviced throughout. Rental is not hire, so there is no short booking to arrange. Ask about this model and we will put the figures in writing for you.
