If most of what you print is black and white, but plans or schedules sometimes need A3, a mono A3 machine is built for exactly that mix. One to consider is the Fujifilm Apeos 5570, an A3 mono photocopier that Fujifilm rates at 55 pages a minute. Secondhand, it comes renewed, refurbished or used. We check each one, and you have its page count in writing before you sign.
Of the speeds in Fujifilm's Apeos 5570 / 4570 range, the Apeos 5570 is the one that does 55 pages a minute. The only other model in that family is the Apeos 4570, rated 45 pages a minute. From the maker's own figures, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 80 images a minute, has room for 2,170 sheets (or 6,140 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.
An A3 mono photocopier for Gold Coast workplaces, at 55 pages a minute, in three secondhand grades.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
Its natural home: thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. If your team prints less, compare it with the Apeos 4570, which manages 45 pages a minute.
Choose a renewed Apeos 5570 if you want one that runs close to new, refurbished for the balance most customers pick, or used to keep the outlay down. Every unit is checked first, with the page count in writing. Pay outright, or rent, lease or finance it over a term that can reach 60 months on a younger machine. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team come with it, wherever you are on the Coast.
A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
It comes down to your workload. At 55 pages a minute against 45, the two suit different team sizes; send a headcount and a rough monthly page count and we will recommend the better fit.
Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
