Trades and construction offices printing plans, rosters and forms in black and white, sometimes on A3, are the businesses this kind of machine is made for. Canon's imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4551i fits that brief: an A3 mono photocopier with an A4 speed of 51 pages a minute. We supply it secondhand in three grades, renewed, refurbished and used, and every unit is checked with its page count put in writing for you.
Maker's own photoWithin Canon's imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4500 series, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4551i is the option at 51 pages a minute. Its stablemates, each with its pages a minute: imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4525i (25), imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4535i (35) and imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4545i (45). Useful to know: it has a scanning speed of 80 images a minute and has room for 1,185 sheets (or 6,335 with extra paper options).
A3 black and white from Canon at 51 pages a minute, renewed, refurbished or used.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
Its natural home: thirty or more people, or a print room that runs much of the day. For a quieter office, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4545i runs at 45.
Choose a renewed imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4551i if you want one that runs close to new, refurbished for the balance most customers pick, or used to keep the outlay down. Every unit is checked first, with the page count in writing. Pay outright, or rent, lease or finance it over a term that can reach 60 months on a younger machine. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team come with it, wherever you are on the Coast.
A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.
Describe the work the machine has to do, or name the model you want. We will come back with two or three that suit, each priced in writing, and the decision stays with you.

Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
It comes down to your workload. At 51 pages a minute against 45, the two suit different team sizes; send a headcount and a rough monthly page count and we will recommend the better fit.
Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
