For a team that copies, prints and scans in colour, and sometimes reaches for A3, here is a machine worth weighing up. Sharp's MX 5071 fits that brief: an A3 colour photocopier with an A4 speed of 50 pages a minute. We supply it secondhand in three grades, renewed, refurbished and used, and every unit is checked with its page count put in writing for you.
Of the speeds in Sharp's MX 3071 series, the MX 5071 is the one that does 50 pages a minute. Its stablemates, each with its pages a minute: MX 3071 (30), MX 3571 (35), MX 4071 (40) and MX 6071 (60). According to Sharp, it reads both sides of a double sided original in one pass, at as many as 110 images a minute, has room for 650 sheets (or 6,300 with extra paper options) and copes with card stock to 300 gsm.
An A3 colour photocopier for Gold Coast workplaces, at 50 pages a minute, in three secondhand grades.
As published by the maker. Each one is checked over, and you see its page count before you commit.
A secondhand MX 5071 comes in one of three grades. Renewed is the top grade, with more parts replaced so it looks and runs close to new, and it costs more than refurbished. Refurbished, the most popular, is cleaned, serviced and tested, with its worn parts replaced. Used is checked and working with less work done, for the lowest outlay. Rental, a lease or finance can run for as long as 60 months if the machine's age allows, or you can buy outright. Delivery, setup on your network, scanning setup and a run through for your team are in the price.
A secondhand machine on our service agreement has the same replacement warranty as a new one: if it fails, we replace it, for the full term. Approved rentals on the selected machines that qualify are priced from $15 a week plus GST.
Every one has a page of the maker's specifications. Ask about any and we will check what is available.

Keen on the Sharp MX 5071?
Tell us a little about your business. The reply, in writing, says if one is on hand, how many pages it has printed and what it costs. Every Gold Coast enquiry gets an answer the same business day it arrives.
Any machine we look after on a service agreement comes under our replacement warranty, whatever its age and however you paid for it. Rented, leased, financed or bought outright, new or secondhand: if it fails, we replace it. Cover runs for the whole term of the agreement, through to its final month.
The maker's warranty on a new copier normally lasts 12 months and takes in the hardware; consumables are not part of it. Past that first year, your protection comes from the service agreement. Every detail of the replacement warranty is set down in your agreement.
Every machine is different, so you get its exact page count in writing before you buy. That number says far more about wear than the year it was built.
Both come from the same family. The MX 5071 prints 50 pages a minute, while the MX 6071 prints 60, so the real question is how many people will share the machine. Give us that number and we will point you to one.
Yes, subject to approval. Rental is one regular payment under a business agreement running for a term the machine's age allows, up to 60 months, and at the end you upgrade to a newer machine or hand it back. Selected machines can be rented from $15 a week plus GST.
