One to consider is the Lexmark XC9335, an A3 colour photocopier that Lexmark rates at 35 pages a minute. You can have it renewed, close to new; refurbished, the grade most customers choose; or used, for the lowest outlay. Whichever it is, the page count comes in writing first.

According to Lexmark, it has a scanning speed of 55 images a minute and has room for 620 sheets (or 5,140 with extra paper options).

Every unit is checked first, with the page count in writing. Pay outright, or rent, lease or finance it over a term that can reach 60 months on a younger machine.
